I represent a company named Smarter Flush (I know the owner for more than 10 years), which manufactures dual flush retrofit conversion kits for toilets, whether 3.5, 1.6., or 1.26 gallon tanks. This conversion kit is designed to:
1. Save about 50% or more of your water used by flushing the toilet by using a handle that is pushed up for liquid waste or pushed down for solid waste
2. It replaces the flapper and chain (always seems to be leaking and needs repair)

Please e-mail me if you would like a pdf file, which is a flyer with pictures and information about how this conversion kit works. A maintenance person at your facility could install them in 30 minutes or less. This kit replaces the flapper and chain; therfore stopping the leakage from the old equipment. This saves even more water in addition to the water being saved by using the dual flush.
